The session starts with an easy introduction to meditation followed by some gentle relaxation techniques to help you slow down the mind and release any tension. You will be slowly guided into relaxation and begin to cultivate deeper ''in-the-moment muscles'' for inner stillness, awareness and clarity.
Buddhist Meditation for Beginners
This class is an introduction to a Buddhist transcendental meditation practice also known as ''The Middle Way" technique. The practice combines several meditation techniques simultaneously in one sitting, including: tranquility through concentration (Samatha), insight (Vipassana) and accessing higher states of consciousness (Samadhi). No matter where you are with your meditation practice you can rest assured you will be guided each step of the way, increasing mental peace and promoting spiritual progress.
New Moon Meditation

Melt into Oneness — Inner Balance Meditation with Gretchell Yaneza (1hr)
The class starts with an introduction to Inner Balance Meditation. The facilitator will intuit the needs of the participants and utilise natural movement, breathing, energy healing facilitation and relaxation techniques to gently guide participants into relaxation and inner silence. This creates the space for meditation to happen naturally. Suitable for all levels.

Rest. Release. Rejuvenate. — Conscious Breathing & Movement Meditation (1hr)
In this class, the teacher will intuit the needs of each individual in the room. Participants will be guided into gentle yogic breathing and introduced to different types of pranayama and movement exercises to help you slow down and tune into the moment. Release any stress and tension in the body; increase oxygen supply to the brain; and prepare the mind for deep rest and rejuvenation. Suitable for all levels, it is a perfect "pick me up" and a gentle re-charge.
Loving Kindness & Forgiveness Workshop (1.5hr - 2 hr)
Loving kindness and forgiveness starts with ourselves. As we re-member, rediscover and get to know the different aspects of ourselves we build deeper awareness and create space for transformation and healing to occur. During the workshop, you will be guided through embodied movement, meditation, conscious creative expression and journaling to help you cultivate deeper self-awareness, self-care, and self-compassion. Loving Kindness & Forgiveness is a powerful form of healing and self-love. During the workshop, you will be guided into meditation as we practice forgiveness and positive intentions toward our relationship with ourselves, others and creation.
The Art and Science of Meditation and Mindfulness Workshop Series (1.5 hr +)
This workshop starts with an introduction to meditation and mindfulness and how we can apply that into our daily lives. With more than 8 years of refined meditative training and teaching experience, Gretchell will share practical techniques custom tailored to your lifestyle and personality to help you kick-start your meditation practice. Each week she will introduce different styles of relaxation practices and offer meditation tips to help enhance your inner experience and tackle any questions or hindrances about meditation and mindfulness.
