Clarity Breathwork
Clarity Breathwork is a powerful process of healing and transformation. It deeply supports the clearing away of old energies, patterns, conditioning, negative thoughts and emotions and opens the doors wide for new life and greater consciousness. Most of us don't breathe fully, we hold back the breath and have been doing so for most of our lives. When we start to breathe fully and consciously we are easily able to release what we have been holding and open to an incredible expansion of consciousness, including greater forgiveness and self-love. This inner change brings about shifts in our outer lives for the better.

Clarity Breathwork supports people to release stress and tension, heal and resolve trauma, gain deeper insights into current life issues, and access one's own internal healing energy, creativity and greater knowing. Depending on the group, sessions may involve Free-Form Movement, Conscious Communication, Life Inquiry, and Life Celebration. One hour of Guided Circular Connected Breath is followed by rest, integration and sharing.
TRE — Tension Release
TRE® is a simple, highly effective way to release stress and muscle tension (physical or emotional), as well as unwinding the knots in your muscles and fascia, the body's connective tissue. As a result you increase your resilience as well as your sensation of peace and wellbeing.

A series of gentle exercises will help achieve a natural relaxation reflex called the neurogenic tremor. When this inbuilt relaxation response has been activated, your system's natural intelligence starts a process of restoring balance and relaxation to the body. The tremors resolve problems that can't be reached using massage alone. It is ideal for intense training recovery and preparation.

TRE® is a safe and effective stress release technique for most people. However, individuals who have physical or psychological conditions that require strict regulation, individuals with fragile psychological defences, a complex history of trauma or restricting physical or medical limitations should consult their medical practitioner or a Certified TRE Provider prior to performing these exercises. TRE® is contra-indicated during pregnancy or abdominal surgery within the past 3 months.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a profound relaxation/meditation that heals the body and mind by relaxing the nervous system. While resting on your back and following easy-to-follow guidance, you will be led into deep relaxation, becoming systematically and increasingly aware of your inner world. Yoga Nidra is different from classical meditation where concentration on a single focus is required. In Yoga Nidra the practitioner remains in a state of light withdrawal of the senses (pratyahara) with only the sense of hearing still engaged to follow the instructions. Yoga Nidra is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. The regular practice of yoga relaxation has been found to reduce tension and anxiety and helps to heal all stress related conditions.

Also known as yogic sleep, yoga nidra is one of the deepest forms of meditation. It is a combination of allowing your body to relax while you keep your mind awake and alert. By doing this, you reach a profound state of relaxation. Relaxation is only the beginning — yoga nidra can truly transform your life. It allows you to access to your subconscious mind and open the door to your inner world.

The session will begin with gentle stretches, designed to open up the body and release tension. You will then find a comfortable, lying position as Rosalie guides you through this transformative practice.

Pranayama & Meditation
Meditation is an art and is also an exercise for the mind. Pranayama, yogic breathing will be introduced in the guided meditation session, through which one will also work on various concentration exercises that lead to equanimity. Experiences of deep relaxation and mental clarity will come with regular practice. Through meditation one purifies the physical body as well as revitalises the mental body. Some basic physical postures for relaxation may be introduced.

Mindfulness with Gretchell Yaneza
Meditation for Beginners

This class is perfect for beginners who are looking for simple and practical ways to kick start their meditation practice. The session starts with an easy introduction to meditation followed by some gentle relaxation techniques to help you slow down the mind and release any tension. You will be slowly guided into relaxation and begin to cultivate deeper ''in-the-moment muscles'' for inner stillness, awareness and clarity.

Buddhist Meditation for Beginners

This class is an introduction to a Buddhist transcendental meditation practice also known as ''The Middle Way" technique. The practice combines several meditation techniques simultaneously in one sitting, including: tranquility through concentration (Samatha), insight (Vipassana) and accessing higher states of consciousness (Samadhi). No matter where you are with your meditation practice you can rest assured you will be guided each step of the way, increasing mental peace and promoting spiritual progress.

New Moon Meditation

The new moon represents the start of a new cycle, welcoming new energy and opportunities for those ready to embrace transformation. Be guided through movement, breathing and energy healing to ease the mind and release any tension, creating a safe space to slow down and clarify our intentions for the month ahead. Letting go of anything that no longer serves us makes space for renewed energy in this powerful time of transition and transformation.

Full Moon Meditation

The full moon is an auspicious time when spiritual energies are at their peak, supporting spiritual development and manifestation. Be guided through movement, breathing and energy healing to ground and balance. Through guided meditation, we will activate divine connection and inner wisdom, anchoring abundance and soul-bliss into our lives.

Loving Kindness & Forgiveness Meditation

Loving Kindness & Forgiveness Meditation is a powerful form of healing and self-love. Through regular practice, this meditation is a transformative tool towards building healthier, happier relationships and connection with ourselves, others and all of Creation.

Journey Into the Soul — Universal Transcendental Meditation (1hr)

Gretchell Yaneza invites you to a unique journey inward, guiding you and all of your senses into complete relaxation. This will allow you to experience the effortless flow of peace and stillness that is already available within all of us. Through proper guidance, you will learn how to improve your in-the-moment muscles and release deep-rooted stress. Melt into Oneness — Inner Balance Meditation with Gretchell Yaneza (1hr)

The class starts with an introduction to Inner Balance Meditation. The facilitator will intuit the needs of the participants and utilise natural movement, breathing, energy healing facilitation and relaxation techniques to gently guide participants into relaxation and inner silence. This creates the space for meditation to happen naturally. Suitable for all levels.

Rest. Release. Rejuvenate. — Conscious Breathing & Movement Meditation (1hr)

In this class, the teacher will intuit the needs of each individual in the room. Participants will be guided into gentle yogic breathing and introduced to different types of pranayama and movement exercises to help you slow down and tune into the moment. Release any stress and tension in the body; increase oxygen supply to the brain; and prepare the mind for deep rest and rejuvenation. Suitable for all levels, it is a perfect "pick me up" and a gentle re-charge.

Loving Kindness & Forgiveness Workshop (1.5hr - 2 hr)

Loving kindness and forgiveness starts with ourselves. As we re-member, rediscover and get to know the different aspects of ourselves we build deeper awareness and create space for transformation and healing to occur. During the workshop, you will be guided through embodied movement, meditation, conscious creative expression and journaling to help you cultivate deeper self-awareness, self-care, and self-compassion. Loving Kindness & Forgiveness is a powerful form of healing and self-love. During the workshop, you will be guided into meditation as we practice forgiveness and positive intentions toward our relationship with ourselves, others and creation.

The Art and Science of Meditation and Mindfulness Workshop Series (1.5 hr +)

This workshop starts with an introduction to meditation and mindfulness and how we can apply that into our daily lives. With more than 8 years of refined meditative training and teaching experience, Gretchell will share practical techniques custom tailored to your lifestyle and personality to help you kick-start your meditation practice. Each week she will introduce different styles of relaxation practices and offer meditation tips to help enhance your inner experience and tackle any questions or hindrances about meditation and mindfulness.

Calm Birth
A series of classes for those looking to be an active and empowered participant in their birth story. By changing the way we think about birth, we can change how our bodies react. Learn techniques to manage the challenges of birth and how to achieve a positive outcome, no matter your birth path.
Mindful Meditation
Our asana practice leads us to our meditation practice. We begin with light stretches to find release, to then sit down and turn inwards. Mindfulness is a way of paying attention in a particular way — in the present moment, on purpose and non-judgmentally. Relieve the suffering caused by avoiding and resisting the natural experiences of life and through that develop wisdom and equanimity.
The Seed of Meditation
The outer world is constantly changing, what are some tools you use to centre your inner world?

For thousands of years, people have effectively coped with impermanence by turning to the breath and meditating. In this class, we will honor the tradition of Samatha Vipassana as a main practice while introducing other modern methods to ease our way into our meditation.

Every week we will explore themes of virtue to cultivate the experience of meditation. At the same time, we will be educated about the energetic landmarks in the human body which allow us to sit in comfort.
Healing Meditation
This is a guided healing meditation to help you relax, reconnect with yourself and de-stress. All our connections start with the relationship we have with ourselves. Therefore, a regular self-connection practice is the fastest way to heal, improve our self-growth and lead a happier and healthier life. All levels of experience are welcome.
