AntiGravity®
AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga I-II
Suitable for those with some AntiGravity experience.
Explore moving in all directions of open space with the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock as you fly and soar your way to greater health & well being. Through meditation, pranayama, and asana postures, this class builds upper body strength, core strength, flexibility, mobility; it includes a variety of zero compression inversions and aerial levitations.

AntiGravity® Yoga II
Suitable for those with AntiGravity experience.
Take your AntiGravity practice to new heights. With a greater awareness of anatomy and kinesiology we take on challenging flying asanas and vinyasa variations. Our practice also gets more subtle as we explore bandhas to direct the body's pranic life force. Levitating meditations help us discover ananda — our natural inherent bliss.

Anti-Gravity® Core
Recommended for students who have taken at least 3 AntiGravity® Decompression or Aerial Yoga classes, or have mastered basic fundamentals movements on the Harrison hammock. Power up with this high-flying fusion of Christopher Harrison's AntiGravity® Suspension.

AntiGravity® Cocooning
Supercharging the Power Nap According to the National Sleep Foundation, research shows that naps can restore alertness, enhance performance, and reduce mistakes and accidents. A study at NASA on military pilots and astronauts found that a 40-minute nap improved performance by 34% and alertness by 100%.
A 15 minute nap can make up for a poor night's sleep. A nap can be a pleasant luxury, a mini-vacation. It can provide an easy way to get some relaxation and rejuvenation, and has psychological benefits as well.
AntiGravity® Cocooning is a 45 minute class that takes participants through basic stretching and mobility sequences before placing them into the Cocoon for a guided meditation.

Suitable for all levels.
AntiGravity® Decompression Session is suitable for all levels, whether you are a first-time flyer or an experienced one. Focusing on decompressing the spine, this class offers the opportunity to build mobility and flexibility in the spine, sharpening awareness in both body and mind. Expect to leave this class feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and relaxed.

AntiGravity® Restorative Yoga
Suitable for all levels.
AntiGravity® Restorative Yoga is the gentle, meditative, slow stretching and rehabilitative version of AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga, suitable for all levels. This nurturing class is perfect for those in recovery mode or like to tune in at a deep level. The unique method focuses the mind through powerful visualisations as you float through a series of gentle gyro-kinetic motions, deeply opening the entire spine, hips, and connective tissues of the body. This technique features full body inversions, alongside various forms of flowing spinal traction with the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock height is lowered much closer to the mat for greater accessibility and relaxation.

AntiGravity® Stretch & Release
Suitable for all levels.
AntiGravity Stretch & Release is a unique class incorporating a combination of Zero Compression Inversions, joint mobility movement, suspended stretching, and relaxation. This class is geared towards decompressing, stretching and relaxing the body and mind.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for Hammock adjustments.

Ashtanga Yoga I - II - III
A highly energetic style of yoga synchronising breath with movements. The asanas are linked by vinyasas, or flowing movements. Originally taught in Mysore by K. Pattabhi Jois, the approach has given rise to various other styles including Power Yoga.
Bikram Yoga
Bikram Yoga is based on a sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. It is specifically designed to activate the entire body, using heat to stretch deeper, prevent injury and flush out toxins.
Chair yoga
Suitable for all levels
Chair Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available. Students perform postures and breathing exercises with the aid of a chair. Students can experience the many benefits of yoga without having to get up or down from the floor. Benefits include increased balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion, and stress reduction.
Dharma Yoga
Suitable for beginner and intermediate students
Dharma Yoga is a graceful, accessible yet challenging form of yoga shared by yoga legend Sri Dharma Mitra. Each class offers a well-rounded practice for the entire body and mind, including hip openers, arm balances, back bends, forward folds, twists, inversions, pranayama, chanting, purification techniques, breathing visualisation, and meditation. Both liberating and playful, Dharma Yoga offers students freedom while enjoying the powerful group energy and the teacher's guidance.
At its core Dharma Yoga is a deeply healing and devotional practice that focuses on good health, a clear mind and a kind heart.
Dharma Yoga Master Class
Based on Dharma Yoga, this Master Class is a two hour class where we will explore a bit deeper, including more challenging asanas and flow. Practices like pranayama, chanting, yoga nidra and meditation are often included. This class is excellent for devoted students who are looking to develop their practice and wish to understand the deeper aspects of yoga.
Dharma Yoga Wheel
The yoga wheel is an amazing tool for warming up and eventually moving safely into backbends, inversions and other poses. First being created by the yoga legend Sri Dharma Mittra, the yoga wheel aids practitioners, not just in yoga, but in all disciplines in developing backbending, flexibility, balance and core strength. Practitioners will learn to stretch and release tensions in the back, chest, shoulders, abdomen and hip flexors.
Dream House Vinyasa Flow
Dream House Vinyasa flow is a fun and playful Vinyasa Flow class set to music. Ethereal beats and otherworldly visuals help to create a cocoon within which students can relax, unwind and find inspiration to take into their lives.
Gentle stretch
In Gentle Stretch we practice postures in a sequence designed to maintain our flexibility and release tension and stress from the body. The result is a feel of extreme relaxation and lightness.
Hatha Yoga I - II - III
Hatha Yoga is the most popular style of yoga in the Western world. It is the foundation of all movement-based modern yoga. Hatha is a great introduction to Yoga for Beginners because it instils a basic understanding of how to practice safely and effectively. Its benefits are significant relief from stress, chronic pain, depression, anxiety and self defeating thoughts. It also helps increase focus, concentration, attention to detail, and ability to complete tasks in the world.
Hip & Back Opening
Stiff hips and a stiff back decrease our flexibility level and make postures difficult. In Hip & Back Opening our main focus will be to open the hip and back through a specially designed sequence and flow.
Hot 26
This warm session is based on a sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. It is specifically designed to activate the entire body, using heat to stretch deeper, prevent injury and flush out toxins.
Hot Power
Build strength, endurance, and flexibility through a vinyasa style class in Habitat's heated room. This fitness-based class will challenge the mind, breathe, and body. Expect to sweat, open up, and deepen the practice in this high energy class that will help detox and energise the body.

Be guided through warming therapeutic postures facilitated in a heated room aimed to increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, aiding in improved circulation, detoxification, and purification.
Inside Flow
Inside Flow marries music with movement. The class integrates yoga and dance, where you move to the beat of music and the rhythm carries the flow of the class. You will flow to curated sequences set to slow, fast, and upbeat songs selected from genres ranging from electro pop to hip hop to pop! Feel your body groove to the music, let go, and flow.
Kundalini Yoga
Originally taught by Yogi Bhajan, Kundalini Yoga is a powerful practice using kriyas - sequences - with an aim to create specific effects physically, mentally and emotionally. Apart from the asanas - which in many cases can be very different from traditional Hatha Yoga - and the related breath work, each class will also include a meditation.
Middle Path Vinyasa
Rooting down into darkness before ascending into light is an important foundation in yoga. The most earthly energetic point in the human body is at the pelvic floor. We aim to cultivate the awareness and wake up the pelvic floor muscles through breath and movement.
We will play with movements from different methodologies to complement the counter energetic areas of the body such as heart and kidney for example. There will be partner work to help each other to awaken the movement and breath with more intelligence. Everything we do in Middle Path Vinyasa will help the mind and body to function more smoothly. We will experiment with finding support from gravity and orienting ourselves better in space.
Moving Arts Yoga Flow
This is an immersive multimedia experience in our Moving Arts studio featuring wall projections that create a captivating visual surround-scape. Flow through a guided yoga practice as you are transported to other realms and journey within.
Power in Inversions
Power in Inversions is a vinyasa style yoga practice with an emphasis on going upside down, combining yoga, core conditioning, calisthenics and hand balancing. It is a complete system of practice that strengthens the body, mind and spirit. Your body will flow like water but with control. Challenging and yet accessible, this practice is suitable for any level of fitness and background. Power in Inversions offers various progressions to motivate anyone to conquer their fear and become a better version of themselves.
Restorative Yoga
Suitable for all levels.
This session begins with chanting and then warming the body through a series of yoga postures in a short vinyasa-style flow. Once the body is warm, restorative yin yoga postures incorporating deep stretches that are held for a long time allow for realignment of the fascia (connective tissue). Stillness combined with physical challenge help train the restless mind and bring about physical rejuvenation and restoration. We close with a guided relaxation, allowing any remaining tension to release. This restorative style of yoga helps you to feel relaxed and refreshed.

In this class students are guided through a series of easy, supported poses held for an extended time with the help of props (bolsters, blankets, blocks & chairs) for total ease and comfort. Combined with gentle awareness of the the breath, restorative postures unravel deep layers of stress and tension, shifting the nervous system from "fight or flight" mode into maximum relaxation.
SOS — Science Of Self
SOS uses Dharma Yoga as its foundation while incorporating elements and techniques from Chinese Medicine, including acupressure points and the science of organs and the meridians to enhance both the physical and the energetic body. You will leave the class recharged and healed from the inside and out!
Stretching & Balancing
Stretching and Balancing Class provides us deep stretching which helps to make our body more graceful and supple. Through balancing postures we make our body, mind, and posture more stable.
Therapeutic Vinyasa Flow
In this breath-centered practice you will be guided through gentle vinyasa sequences designed to connect you to your body and mind. A steady and easeful breath allows the body to find its natural alignment without force and facilitate an unwinding of tension. The aim is to empower students to see that the greatest challenge lies in our ability to be present to our needs rather than how far we can enter into a posture.
While the class is ideal for those who have injuries and/or are looking for a safer way to practice yoga, experienced students with no health issues who are looking to unwind and de-stress will equally benefit.
Therapeutic Yoga
Therapeutic Yoga advocates a self-accepting, noncompetitive, and nonjudgmental attitude that may be especially appealing to those with physical limitations, body dissatisfaction, or emotional insecurities. This less threatening approach of yoga may be more enticing than competitive sports as a means to increase physical activity and mental well-being, and emotional self-regulation of mood. Therapeutic Yoga sessions have an optimise concentration and attention, a primary prevention strategy to enhance mental health and physical vigour at any age. Sessions reduce anxiety, stress, and negative moods and build self-awareness. Therapeutic yoga has a transformational energy that positively changes the mindset of participants.
Vinyasa Flow
This invigorating and dynamic yoga practice focuses on the synchronisation of breath and the continuous flow of movement between asanas. Vinyasa builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and mental focus. Meditation, mantra chanting and other sound practices may be included in each class.
Vinyasa Yoga
In this often fast-paced, invigorating and dynamic session, asanas are linked together in a series of movements synchronised with the breath. Much emphasis is placed on the breath and the transitions in and out of the asanas. The routine practice of vinyasa yoga offers much diversity. The pace can vary and there is no one particular sequence that instructors must follow.

Moving with the breath allows the practice to take us where we need to be for just that day. In Sanskrit vinyasa means "to place in a special way". Following a deliberate sequence of poses combined with the breath we achieve a continuous flow attaining balance in both mind and body, while staying playful with an open mind.
Warm Yoga
Set in room temperature at around 28 - 30 degrees, you will be guided through a gentle and slow flow of yoga stretches to open up tight areas of your body, targeting, shoulders, neck, hamstrings, hips and the back. Perfect for beginners, active people and those who sit in the office often.
Yin Yang Yoga
Balance the yin and the yang elements within our bodies. Find harmony and peace. This practice combines slow paced yin yoga with the traditional yang yoga, improving your energy while promoting relaxation and healing.
Yin Yoga
Yin represents all that is feminine, dark, passive, receptive and reflective. Movements are slow paced with long holds to reach areas rich in connective tissues and to increase circulation in joints. This is a journey inwards and more meditative practice to regulate the body's flow of energy.

This is a grounding and safe approach to yoga that teaches foundational principles of intelligent action through various breath and alignment centred asanas supporting freedom and flexibility in the body and mind. The practice may include pranayama, chanting, meditation, and the use of yoga props.
