Vinyasa Yoga

Much emphasis is placed on the breath and the transitions in and out of the asanas. The routine practice of vinyasa yoga offers much diversity. The pace can vary and there is no one particular sequence that instructors must follow.

Moving with the breath allows the practice to take us where we need to be for just that day. In Sanskrit vinyasa means "to place in a special way".
