Ambhika Devi Karma

Ambikha Devi is an internationally recognised yoga, qigong, and meditation instructor and conscious dance facilitator, with a Master's Degree In Yogic Science from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tamil Nadu, India. Ambikha Devi's personal healing journey began with yoga 20 years ago when she studied with various renowned masters and teachers in several healing modalities and yoga lineages. Her yoga gurus have guided her to dive deeper into self-healing, mantra chanting, kirtan, meditation and her work in sound healing, healing breathwork, mindful movement and conscious dance. Ambhika is a certified yoga teacher, Dance Mandala Movement Facilitator, and Clarity Breathwork Facilitator, therapist from The Work of Osho, Past Life Regression Therapist, Intuitive Body Worker And Massage Therapist, Life Coach/ Strategist for Women, Reiki Level 2, Qigong Instructor for Organ Cleansing Qigong and the 300 Year old Wuji Hundun Qigong Form.
A passionate Vipassana Meditator, Ambikha leads workshops and retreats around the world guiding others in self-healing, true transformation and accessing joy and true inner peace.

Clarity Breathwork
Clarity Breathwork is a powerful process of healing and transformation. It deeply supports the clearing away of old energies, patterns, conditioning, negative thoughts and emotions and opens the doors wide for new life and greater consciousness. Most of us don't breathe fully, we hold back the breath and have been doing so for most of our lives. When we start to breathe fully and consciously we are easily able to release what we have been holding and open to an incredible expansion of consciousness, including greater forgiveness and self-love. This inner change brings about shifts in our outer lives for the better.
Clarity Breathwork supports people to release stress and tension, heal and resolve trauma, gain deeper insights into current life issues, and access one's own internal healing energy, creativity and greater knowing. Depending on the group, sessions may involve Free-Form Movement, Conscious Communication, Life Inquiry, and Life Celebration. One hour of Guided Circular Connected Breath is followed by rest, integration and sharing.

Evolutionary Dance
Ecstatic Free-Form Movement Meditation.
Evolutionary Dance Is a guided movement exploration leading into meditation and stillness. We will bring our personal intentions toward evolution as fuel for the dance. We'll explore and express emotion, connecting with the heart's joy and bliss, moving into connecting with spirit, and accessing our higher life purpose. The dancer will walk away with greater clarity, wisdom, a sense of expanded being, and more in-tune with inner knowing. The dance is a platform for an evolutionary process, moving from the survival based fight-flight mentality to an awakened free-spirited and evolved Higher Self. The dance is at once a means to explore movement, release stress, a tool for transformation, and a gateway to self-healing.
