Hatha Yoga
Level 1-2-3
Hatha Yoga is the most popular style of yoga in the Western world. It is the foundation of all movement-based modern yoga. Hatha is a great introduction to Yoga for Beginners because it instils a basic understanding of how to practice safely and effectively. Its benefits are significant relief from stress, chronic pain, depression, anxiety and self defeating thoughts. It also helps increase focus, concentration, attention to detail, and ability to complete tasks in the world.

YOGA
Ashtanga Yoga
Level 1-2-3
A highly energetic style of yoga synchronising breath with movements. The asanas are linked by vinyasas, or flowing movements. Originally taught in Mysore by K. Pattabhi Jois, the approach has given rise to various other styles including Power Yoga.

YOGA

Vinyasa Yoga
In this often fast-paced, invigorating and dynamic session, asanas are linked together in a series of movements synchronised with the breath. Much emphasis is placed on the breath and the transitions in and out of the asanas. The routine practice of vinyasa yoga offers much diversity. The pace can vary and there is no one particular sequence that instructors must follow.

YOGA

Detox Hot Flow
Be guided through warming therapeutic postures facilitated in a heated room aimed to increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, aiding in improved circulation, detoxification, and purification. All levels welcome.

YOGA

Aerial Yoga
This introductory class is most suitable for new students and those who are looking to take their mat practice to new heights. Students will become familiar with the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock and the new sensations associated with inversions while building knowledge of foundational movements essential to progression in the practice. The movements are broken down incrementally for safety, while learning how to incorporate zero-compression inversions, mobility, suspended stretching, levitating meditations and FUN!

YOGA

Yoga Wheel
The yoga wheel is an amazing tool for warming up and eventually moving safely into backbends, inversions and other poses. First being created by the yoga legend Sri Dharma Mittra, the yoga wheel aids practitioners, not just in yoga, but in all disciplines in developing backbending, flexibility, balance and core strength. Practitioners will learn to stretch and release tensions in the back, chest, shoulders, abdomen and hip flexors.

YOGA

Gentle stretch
In Gentle Stretch we practice postures in a sequence designed to maintain our flexibility and release tension and stress from the body. The result is a feel of extreme relaxation and lightness.

YOGA

Hip & Back Opening
Stiff hips and a stiff back decrease our flexibility level and make postures difficult. In Hip & Back Opening our main focus will be to open the hip and back through a specially designed sequence and flow.

YOGA

Yoga Therapy
Because of our modern lifestyles we often use our joints and muscles either excessively or improperly. This class will not only help us to reduce tension and stiffness from the joint but also strengthens our joints and muscles, making all other physical activity easier.

YOGA

Stretching & Balancing
Stretching and Balancing Class provides us deep stretching which helps to make our body more graceful and supple. Through balancing postures we make our body, mind, and posture more stable.

YOGA

Yoga for Weight Loss
A good combination of a diet plan and yoga practice not only helps us lose extra weight quickly but also shapes and sculpts the body. In this class our main focus is weight loss and shaping the body through a focused blend of yoga postures in sequence.

YOGA

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a profound relaxation/meditation that heals the body and mind by relaxing the nervous system. While resting on your back and following easy-to-follow guidance, you will be led into deep relaxation, becoming systematically and increasingly aware of your inner world. Yoga Nidra is different from classical meditation where concentration on a single focus is required. In Yoga Nidra the practitioner remains in a state of light withdrawal of the senses (pratyahara) with only the sense of hearing still engaged to follow the instructions. Yoga Nidra is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. The regular practice of yoga relaxation has been found to reduce tension and anxiety and helps to heal all stress related conditions.
