Brian Lai

Brian discovered breathwork while on a journey to improve several health issues of his own. His search led him to Wim Hof, best known for his superhuman abilities of cold endurance and breath retention. From 2016 Brian trained under Wim Hof, becoming the first certified instructor of the Wim Hof Method in Australia and Asia, and has since trained with other masters including Dan Brulé (breathing coach to Tony Robbins and Navy SEALs).
