May Nogoy

May Nogoy has been studying with yoga masters since 1996, has been teaching yoga for 18 years, and has since established a broad private and corporate student base. May's "Flow For Freedom" sessions focus on heart and alignment-based yoga to cultivate healing and empowerment.

May has also been a keystone in developing Hong Kong's wellness community. She promotes eco-consciousness and sustainable lifestyle through reputable initiatives such as co-founding "The Garden Gathering." A wellness pioneer in Hong Kong, May has developed teen wellness programs for HKIS, initiated Yoga People of the Public (a platform for domestic helpers and teachers), and was the former director of the IRIS Your Escape wellness festival.

May currently serves as Wellness Curator for Fivelements Habitat set for opening Times Square in 2019 where she will continue to foster human centered sustainability, teach yoga and serve Tea Ceremony.

This is a grounding and safe approach to yoga that teaches foundational principles of intelligent action through various breath and alignment centred asanas supporting freedom and flexibility in the body and mind. The practice may include pranayama, chanting, meditation, and the use of yoga props.

Yoga Alignment II - III
Suitable for those with a foundational knowledge of alignment principles.
This is a grounding and safe approach to yoga that teaches intelligent action through various breath and alignment centred asanas supporting freedom and flexibility in the body and mind. The practice may include pranayama, chanting, meditation, the use of yoga props, as well as arm balancing, inversions, and backbends.

Hot Yoga Detox Flow
All levels welcome.
Be guided through warming therapeutic postures facilitated in a heated room aimed to increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, aiding in improved circulation, detoxification, and purification.

Hot 26
This warm session is based on a sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. It is specifically designed to activate the entire body, using heat to stretch deeper, prevent injury and flush out toxins.

Moving Arts Yoga Flow
This is an immersive multimedia experience in our Moving Arts studio featuring wall projections that create a captivating visual surround-scape. Flow through a guided yoga practice as you are transported to other realms and journey within.

Tea Ceremony Meditation
Cha Dao, or the Way of Tea, offers us the space to remember our connection to nature. This offering will introduce 'bowl tea' and the essence of simplicity and meditation. We will share tea together in silence and connect to this plant teacher as a bridge to the meditative mind as we cultivate inner harmony and awakened presence. There will be a few moments at the end for discussion, reflection and questions.
