Sudha Nair

Sudha is a Naturopath and Yoga & Ayurvedic lifestyle coach. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Naturopathy & Yoga Therapy and a Masters from Hong Kong in the field of Rehabilitation science.

She believes mind and body are completely related and that disorder originates at the mental level and later manifests into physical illness. With her background in yoga, nutrition and medical science she educates her patients on the role food plays in our health and on our hormones. She designs detox programmes that remove not only toxins found in foods, but the harmful elements found in other aspects of life — emotional baggage, pessimistic thoughts and stress. Her detoxification program includes therapeutic fasting, natural colon cleansing, a plant-based diet, energy healing and various meditation techniques.

Therapeutic Yoga sessions have an optimise concentration and attention, a primary prevention strategy to enhance mental health and physical vigour at any age. Sessions reduce anxiety, stress, and negative moods and build self-awareness. Therapeutic yoga has a transformational energy that positively changes the mindset of participants.
