Health & Safety Measures In Effect
All visitors are required to wear a face mask upon entering and exiting the Habitat (except during facial treatment and consuming food/drink).

All visitors are required to have a temperature check and complete a health declaration form upon entry.

Our Yoga mats, blocks, wheels as well as weights are santitised thoroughly after each use, but we encourage students to bring in their own props. You may also purchase these items from the Wellness Concierge team.

We have provided several hand sanitising stations throughout the Habitat, so please use them as needed.

We encourage you to bring a water bottle as we have disabled our drinking fountain. Please avoid contact between your water bottle and water dispenser when refilling.

All team members will be wearing face masks at all times and additional protective gear such as face shields and gloves when providing treatment.

Steam machines for Wellness Sanctuary facial treatments will not be used.

SOCIAL DISTANCING MEASURES IN EFFECT

Keep a safe distance from others; approx 1.5m

Group Class capacity has been reduced and 1.5m spacing between participants is required.


Some day-use lockers have been restricted to provide extra distancing in the changing rooms.

Lounge areas have reduced seating capacity.

When Will The Habitat Reopen?
We have resumed operations on Friday 8 May 2020 at the usual opening time.
Why Do I Need To Wear a Mask?
In order to safeguard all our Friends, and to enable social responsibility, we are temporarily requiring all visitors to wear a face mask upon entry and exit of the Habitat (except during facial treatment and consuming food/drink).
What Safety Precautions Are In Place For When You Reopen?
We implemented precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of all our Friends, guests and staff alike. We:

  • Increased the frequency of cleaning and wiping down of equipment and surfaces.
  • Supplied additional hand sanitiser and anti-bacterial sprays for all visitors and guests to use.
  • Implemented a mandatory health declaration form at the entrance.
  • Implemented temperature checks – anyone recording a temperature above 37.5°C, or experiencing flu-like symptoms such as coughing, runny nose and sore throat will be declined entry.
  • Compulsory temperature checks for staff twice a day.
  • Increased communications to Friends to educate them about the virus.
  • Empowered our General Managers and teams to monitor guests, and to politely ask anyone exhibiting flu-like symptoms to leave the premises and seek immediate medical attention.
  • Advised staff to avoid physical contact as appropriate. Correction of movement and/or posture will be done verbally or through demonstrations.

We have also implemented additional control measures to ensure sufficient social distancing.

We encourage everyone to continue to observe good personal hygiene, maintain good etiquette and be socially responsible. It is a collective effort to keep yourself, your loved ones and everyone safe.

All visitors who enter must complete a health declaration form, you will be able to collect and submit this at the Wellness Concierge.
