Join our team at an important stage in the evolution towards Fivelements Samui, the brand’s forthcoming flagship integrative wellbeing destination. The Executive Operations Coordinator will play a central role in keeping daily resort operations organised, connected and responsive, supporting key operational meetings, guest correspondence and administrative processes across the property.
Working closely with department heads and teams across Wellness, Events, F&B, Engineering and other operational functions, the role will help maintain clear communication, accurate follow-up and well-structured workflows as the resort continues its current operations while preparing for its next chapter. It is a hands-on coordination role suited to someone who is highly organised, attentive to detail and comfortable working across multiple departments in a dynamic hospitality environment.
