INTEGRATIVE WELLNESS DOCTOR

Join our team as we prepare for the evolution of the property into Fivelements Samui, the brand’s forthcoming flagship integrative wellbeing destination. The Integrative Wellness Doctor will play a central role in delivering personalised, evidence-based healthcare through medical consultations, comprehensive health assessments and longevity screenings. Combining clinical expertise with a holistic understanding of wellbeing, the role will develop individualised treatment plans that support guests in achieving their health and wellness goals.

Working closely with a multidisciplinary team of wellness practitioners and healthcare professionals, the Integrative Wellness Doctor will oversee guest progress, recommend appropriate treatments and ensure the highest standards of clinical care. The position also involves leading and mentoring the clinical team, maintaining accurate medical records and contributing to guest education through health talks and workshops, supporting Fivelements Samui’s vision of integrating preventive healthcare, longevity and personalised wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Medical Consultations & Assessments: Conduct comprehensive medical consultations, health assessments and longevity screenings to evaluate individual guest needs and health objectives.
  • Personalised Treatment Planning: Develop evidence-based treatment plans and recommend appropriate therapies and wellness interventions in collaboration with the multidisciplinary wellness team.
  • Guest Progress & Clinical Care: Monitor guest progress, review treatment outcomes and provide ongoing medical guidance to ensure safe and effective care.
  • Clinical Leadership: Lead, supervise and mentor the clinical team, promoting professional development, collaboration and consistent standards of care.
  • Medical Records & Compliance: Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, ensuring adherence to applicable clinical protocols, professional standards and Thai healthcare regulations.
  • Health Education & Workshops: Deliver informative health talks, wellness workshops and educational sessions on preventive healthcare, longevity and healthy living.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Medical Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
  • Professional Licence: Valid medical licence to practise in Thailand.
  • Specialised Knowledge: Additional qualifications in preventive medicine, lifestyle medicine, longevity or anti-ageing medicine are an advantage.
  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a luxury wellness resort, longevity centre or integrative healthcare environment is preferred.
  • Clinical Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide a multidisciplinary clinical team and maintain high professional standards.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a guest-centred approach to medical consultations and wellness education.
  • Language: Fluency in spoken and written English.
