SPA AND WELLNESS ATTENDANT

Join our team as the property evolves into Fivelements Samui, the brand’s forthcoming flagship integrative wellbeing destination. The Spa and Wellness Attendant will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort and presentation of our spa and wellness facilities, creating a welcoming and peaceful environment for every guest. From treatment rooms and fitness studios to hydrothermal facilities and relaxation lounges, the role will ensure that each space is thoughtfully prepared and maintained to reflect Fivelements’ standards of hospitality and wellbeing.

Working closely with spa therapists, wellness practitioners and the wider Spa and Wellness team, the Spa and Wellness Attendant will support daily operations through room preparation, replenishment of amenities and attentive guest assistance. The position requires a reliable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining beautiful, well-organised spaces and contributing to a calm, seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spa & Wellness Facility Preparation: Maintain the cleanliness, organisation and presentation of treatment rooms, fitness studios, bathing and hydrothermal areas, relaxation lounges and changing facilities.
  • Treatment Room & Studio Readiness: Prepare and reset treatment rooms, studios and wellness spaces before and after guest use, ensuring they are ready for scheduled activities and treatments.
  • Linen & Amenities Management: Replenish towels, linen, guest amenities and essential supplies, maintaining appropriate stock levels throughout the day.
  • Guest Assistance: Provide warm, discreet and attentive support to guests, assisting with facility use and responding to requests professionally.
  • Hygiene & Safety Standards: Follow established cleaning, hygiene and safety procedures to maintain comfortable and well-presented wellness facilities.
  • Operational Support: Assist spa therapists and wellness practitioners with treatment and activity set-up, coordinating with the wider team to support smooth daily operations.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience in spa, wellness, housekeeping or hospitality operations is preferred.
  • Hygiene Knowledge: Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards is an advantage.
  • Attention to Detail: A careful and thorough approach to cleanliness, organisation and facility presentation.
  • Physical Fitness: Physically fit and comfortable undertaking hands-on duties throughout the working day.
  • Guest Relations: A reliable, attentive and service-minded personality, with a warm and respectful approach to guests.
  • Teamwork: A supportive team player who is willing to learn and contribute to daily spa and wellness operations.
  • Language: Basic spoken English.
