What We Are Looking For:

• Education: A minimum of a diploma in Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Wellness, Hospitality or a related discipline.
• Certification: Recognised professional certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy or relevant wellness treatments is preferred.
• Experience: At least 4–5 years of hands-on experience as a Spa or Wellness Therapist, preferably in a luxury resort, five-star spa or holistic wellness retreat.
• Leadership: At least 1–2 years as a Senior Therapist, Therapist Supervisor or in a similar leadership position.
• Technical Skills: Strong practical knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments and holistic wellness therapies.
• Balinese Healing: Experience with traditional Balinese healing techniques is highly desirable.
• Training Experience: Previous experience conducting therapist training and practical treatment assessments is an advantage.
• Language: Good spoken and written English.
