A SEASON OF CONNECTION & RENEWAL

Gather around the table for a Christmas Eve inspired by Bali's flavours and the season's abundance. Served at Sakti Dining Room, the four-course dinner is available with a choice of plant-based or pescatarian menus, bringing together local ingredients, festive creativity and the nourishing philosophy of Fivelements cuisine.

The evening offers a relaxed celebration in our riverside setting, created for couples, families and friends to enjoy good food and time together.

Welcome 2027 with an evening that moves from celebration into reflection and renewal. New Year’s Eve begins with a four-course dinner at Sakti Dining Room, accompanied by an acoustic performance and traditional Balinese dance presented by local children.

As the evening unfolds, guests are invited to continue to Mandala Agung for Kirtan and Sound Healing, then gather at Kunda for an Agni Hotra Fire Blessing Ritual. The night concludes with a shared countdown to midnight, a moment to welcome the year ahead with intention, gratitude and light.

THE EVENING

6.00 PM onwards — Guest Registration
A warm welcome and check-in for the evening.

7.00–9.00 PM — Four-Course New Year’s Eve Dinner
Dinner at Sakti Dining Room accompanied by an acoustic performance and traditional Balinese dance.

9.30–10.30 PM — Kirtan & Sound Healing
Kirtan chanting and restorative sound create space for reflection as the year draws to a close.

10.45–11.45 PM — Agni Hotra Fire Blessing Ritual
A symbolic fire ceremony dedicated to releasing the old year and welcoming new beginnings.

11.45 PM–Midnight — New Year Countdown
A collective moment of reflection and celebration as we welcome 2027.
