TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservations & Payment

A valid reservation is required to secure the Trick & Retreat package. Rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges. We will confirm any deposit or prepayment requirements at the time of booking. The stay offer is valid until 29 October; dining and spa offers are valid until 3 November 2026. 

Package Inclusions

The Trick & Retreat package includes three-night accommodation and the dining, wellness and cultural experiences specified above. Included experiences are subject to scheduling and availability during the stay.

Cancellation & Amendments

Cancellations and amendments are subject to the booking conditions confirmed at the time of reservation. Please refer to your booking confirmation for applicable cancellation periods, amendment conditions and fees.

Wellness & Cultural Experiences

Selected activities involve traditional Balinese rituals and wellness practices. Guests are encouraged to advise our team in advance of any relevant requirements or considerations so that we can provide appropriate guidance for their experience.
